PROCESSING TIMES
We aim to have all orders posted within 7 days, but in peak times it may take a day or two longer. . All purchases are made to order. Please refer to Australia Posts website for postage times.
CUTTER MIRRORING
If you would like a mirrored/ reverse cutter, please add 2x cutters to your cart and leave a note at checkout. I can mirror all cutters available on our website.
CUSTOM ORDERS
If you are looking for a particular design or size that is not offered on our website, please send us an email. We will do our best to accommodate your request. Custom orders have a 2 week turnaround, but if you have an urgent request- please reach out.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
We don’t offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind with our products due to hygiene reasons but please let us know if there are damages or breakage upon receipt of this item. Your satisfaction is paramount to us.
CUTTER CARE
-Wash your cutters in warm water with a mild detergent. A soft tooth brush can help clean tricky spots. Alternatively, you can use a wipe and rubbing alcohol.
-Our cutters are made from PLA and will melt and distort at high heat. They are not oven or dishwasher safe.
-Storing your cutters in a dry container away from direct sunlight will help ensure longevity.
ABOUT OUR CUTTERS
- Cutter PLA colour may vary from the advertised piece.
- Almost all of my cutters are created by myself, except for a select few that I have purchased the rights to sell, in which the product listing will state this.
-All cutters have 0.4mm (unless otherwise stated) cutting edge designed for a sharp cut. Cutters may have minimal irregularities but these do not affect use. Edges can be smoothed with fingertips or a q-tip and a few drops of rubbing alcohol before baking. Alternatively, using sandpaper or a buffing tool after baking will remove any impurities.
-Measurements are taken of the widest or tallest part of the internal cutting walls. This is the size in which the actual clay piece will measure, and is not representative of the total cutter size.
- Our cutters are 3D printed using PLA (Polylactic acid) which is made of renewable resources such as corn or sugar cane. PLA is a bioplastic that is both biosourced and biodegradable.
